The 5th and last Transnational Project Meeting was held on 24.06.2022, in Agios Nikolaos, Greece. It was attended by all participants.
The 5th TPM has followed a preliminary set agenda of activities, following the general set:
MORNING SESSION | 10:30 – 12:30
PRESENTATION OF THE CURRENT PROGRESS OF THE PROJECT AND REVIEW OF NEW DEVELOPMENTS.
EACH PARTNER WILL MAKE A BRIEF SUMMARY OF THEIR CONTRIBUTION ACTIVITIES TO CREATE LEARNING CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM AND WILL SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH IT, AS WELL AS THE OBSTACLES IT HAS ENCOUNTERED.
AFTERNOON SESSION | 15:00 – 16:30
DISCUSSION ON THE FINALIZATION OF THE PROJECT AND THE REMAINING ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS.
A full demonstration of the platform was made at the meeting, and all new developments and additions made within the project were shown separately.
A discussion was held on the establishment of the European non-governmental organization envisaged under the project, which will operate in favor of the development of spatial digital technologies for education.
Optimally, the formal details will be clarified by the end of July, when the organization is expected to be established with the participation of at least 3 partners. For this to happen, a framework concept will be prepared in advance and shared with all partners, together with a partnership application form for those who are interested to take part.
We held a discussion in which changes to the platform were proposed, as well as the activities under Amendment 2 were commented on.
Finally, the next steps to the finalization of the project were discussed, as well as the details of the LTT event, which will take place in the period 25-31 July.
