After ten intensive days of exploration and practice, we conclude our Erasmus+ mobility with a wealth of outcomes and clear paths forward:

  • Skills Acquired: Participants gained hands-on experience in 360° capture (including advanced field techniques), stitching workflows, photogrammetry mesh building, and file optimization—ensuring high-quality immersive media.

  • Interactive Design Mastery: Through drag-and-drop authoring, hotspot embedding, branching scenarios, map-based layouts, and merging panoramas with 3D models, each person built fully interactive mini-courses ready for real learners.

  • Rapid Deployment Practices: Quick capture/edit cycles and mobile editing workflows demonstrated how to balance speed and quality in real-world projects, equipping teams to produce timely content without sacrificing engagement.

  • Inclusive & Measurable Learning: Participants set up assessment tools, designed quizzes with conditional feedback, and implemented accessibility best practices (alt-text, subtitles, keyboard navigation). Peer review yielded a “Top 10 Accessibility Tips” resource to carry home.

  • Data-Driven Iteration: By leveraging analytics dashboards—engagement graphs, hotspot heatmaps, time-on-task metrics—teams practiced generating reports and interpreting data to refine lessons continuously.

  • Seamless Integrations: Lesson packages were connected to LMS platforms, SCORM content embedded, single-sign-on workflows tested, and mobile/offline optimization validated—ensuring pilot courses are ready for deployment.

  • Innovation & Collaboration: Open labs and hack challenges fostered creative problem-solving, generating feature ideas for Study360’s future and prototyping custom solutions within the platform’s framework.

  • Community & Networking: Final presentations, feedback sessions, and the certificate ceremony reinforced bonds among participants. Reflection discussions surfaced individualized action plans and strategies for sharing insights at home.

  • Next Steps: Each participant leaves with a pilot-ready mini-course, documented workflows, accessibility guidelines, analytics checklists, and an extended network of peers for support. Back at their institutions, they can launch pilots, gather learner feedback, iterate further, and potentially contribute to Study360’s evolution by sharing feature requests and best practices.

This mobility journey has combined platform discovery, technical skill-building, pedagogical design, and collaborative innovation. As we wrap up, we celebrate achievements and look ahead: empowered to create immersive, inclusive learning experiences with Study360, and connected in a community committed to ongoing improvement and knowledge exchange. Thank you to everyone who contributed energy, insight, and creativity—this is just the beginning of applying these new skills in real contexts and sustaining our shared network for future projects.
