Welcome to our comprehensive 10-day Erasmus+ mobility program centered on Study360. Over these days, participants will immerse themselves in both theory and hands-on

practice to master every stage of creating rich, interactive learning experiences:

  • Platform Foundations: We begin by comparing the legacy system to Study360, navigating its interface, building sample lessons, and understanding core workflows.

  • 360° Capture & Processing: Early days focus on equipment setup, shooting techniques, uploading, automatic stitching, manual adjustments, and basic photogrammetry to generate 3D meshes.

  • Interactive Lesson Design: We’ll learn drag-and-drop authoring, embedding hotspots, audio narration, branching scenarios, map-based layouts, and merging panoramas with 3D models.

  • Rapid Workflows & Field Practice: Emphasis on quick capture/edit cycles in real settings, refining composition, lighting, depth mapping, stereo and aerial techniques for high-quality source material.

  • Assessments & Accessibility: Building quizzes, tracking progress, adding alt-text/subtitles, keyboard navigation; peer review rounds produce concrete accessibility guidelines.

  • Analytics & Case Studies: Exploring engagement dashboards, hotspot heatmaps, time-on-task metrics; reviewing real-world examples to inform design decisions.

  • Integrations & Mobile Readiness: Connecting Study360 with LMS platforms (Moodle/Canvas), SCORM embedding, single-sign-on, responsive panoramas, offline support, device testing, and preparing pilot-ready mini-courses.

  • Innovation Labs: Open sessions for custom experiments (APIs, VR export, etc.), feature wishlist workshops, and creative challenges to spark new ideas within the platform’s scope.

  • Showcase & Reflection: Final presentations of mini-courses, collective feedback, certificate ceremony, and planning next steps to implement and share learnings at participants’ home institutions.

This introduction outlines the journey ahead: a balanced mix of demos, peer collaboration, fieldwork, coaching labs, and reflective sessions. Each day builds on the previous, ensuring participants leave with practical skills, ready-to-launch pilot courses, and a supportive network for ongoing collaboration.
