The final day of our photogrammetry training in Vienna was filled with a sense of accomplishment and pride as participants gathered for the presentation of their completed projects and the certification ceremony. After ten days of intensive learning, collaboration, and creativity, each participant had transformed their initial concepts into fully developed 3D educational models, ready to inspire and engage learners in new ways.
The morning kicked off with the Final Project Presentations, where each participant had the opportunity to showcase their completed work in its entirety. They demonstrated their 3D models, walking us through their journey from initial data capture to the final polished product. Each presentation illustrated how photogrammetry can be leveraged to make education more immersive, with projects ranging from virtual tours of historical sites to interactive science modules. These presentations brought their hard work to life, revealing the full potential of photogrammetry as a tool for creating engaging digital content.
Following the presentations, instructors provided final feedback and reflections on each project, commending participants for their creativity, technical skill, and dedication. This feedback encouraged participants to keep exploring and innovating, inspiring them to continue applying these skills in their own educational settings. The group discussed potential applications for their projects, sharing ideas on how they could further enhance learning experiences and make complex subjects accessible to all.
In the afternoon, the Certification Ceremony celebrated each participant’s achievements. Everyone received an official Europass certificate, recognizing their new skills in photogrammetry and 3D model creation. The ceremony was a moment of pride, symbolizing the hard work, creativity, and dedication each participant had put into the course. Smiles and congratulations filled the room as they reflected on how far they had come since Day 1, with each person leaving empowered to take their new skills into the world of digital education.
As we close this training, we celebrate not only the models and projects created but also the friendships, ideas, and inspiration shared among this talented group of educators. This experience has sparked a new passion for integrating advanced digital tools into learning, proving that education can be as dynamic and interactive as the world we live in. Thank you for following along on this journey, and here’s to the future of immersive, impactful education through photogrammetry!
