09:00 – 11:00 – Open Labs (Part 1)
Participants self-directed in innovation labs, tackling custom feature requests such as API experiments or VR export workflows. Trainers facilitated rapid prototyping, offering targeted advice when teams flagged technical questions. Through peer/instructor feedback, each group iterated within the boundaries of the agenda’s session.
11:00 – 13:00 – Feature Wishlist Workshop
In a group ideation and democratic voting session, attendees brainstormed potential Study360 enhancements. They listed ideas, discussed feasibility, and voted on top proposals to forward to the development team. This structured workshop produced a clear shortlist without stepping outside the session’s scope.
13:00 – 15:00 – Open Labs (Part 2)
Continuing hands-on innovation, groups refined prototypes or explored new angles on earlier experiments, still under trainer guidance. Peer feedback ensured that each idea remained grounded in what’s technically plausible within Study360’s existing framework.
15:00 – 17:00 – Creative Challenge
In a competitive hackathon-style exercise, teams raced to design a fully interactive virtual tour from a surprise location prompt. Peer judging identified the most engaging narrative and slickest integration, with trainers providing targeted input on execution—all strictly reflecting the methods specified.
