09:00 – 11:00 – Map-Based Lesson Layouts

The morning began with positioning 360° scenes on interactive maps. In a lecture plus live demo, trainers showed how geotagged hotspots and contextual annotations can guide learners on a virtual field trip. Participants followed along, mapping sample scenes and discussing in pairs how map-based layouts can support location-aware learning objectives.

11:00 – 13:00 – Integrating 360° Media & Photogrammetry

In a hands-on workshop, attendees synced stitched panoramas with 3D meshes, embedding models into Study360 lessons and crafting seamless transitions. Through peer brainstorming, groups imagined how combining these elements could tell richer stories—while strictly following the technical steps provided by trainers, they practiced embedding and transition settings without introducing outside tools.

13:00 – 15:00 – Quick Capture & Edit (Part 1)

The afternoon kicked off rapid on-site shooting workflows. In small teams, participants practiced quick capture sessions, then used mobile editing features in Study360 to publish test lessons under time pressure. Live feedback from trainers helped them spot which steps could be streamlined and where minimal adjustments yield maximum quality within tight deadlines.

15:00 – 17:00 – Quick Capture & Edit (Part 2)

Groups presented their quick-turnaround lessons for group critique. Through peer review and trainer commentary, they discussed how to balance speed and quality: for example, choosing slightly fewer captures but ensuring stable stitching, or simplifying interactive elements so publishing remains smooth. These discussions generated a concise set of adjustments to apply in future rapid-deployment scenarios.
