09:00 – 11:00 – Drag-and-Drop Lesson Builder

The morning introduced Study360’s drag-and-drop interface. In an interactive demo, trainers showed how to assemble multimedia modules, insert quizzes, and link external resources. Participants followed along, building a sample mini-course structure. As they experimented, pairs compared approaches—some focusing on narrative flow, others on varied media integration—to see how the interface supports different pedagogical goals.

11:00 – 13:00 – Interactive Content Creation

Building on the builder session, teams dove into embedding clickable hotspots, integrating audio narration, and designing branching scenarios. Through a team workshop and peer feedback loops, participants scripted simple decision points within virtual tours. When one group hit a logical branching complexity, another shared how they simplified choices for clarity, reinforcing collaborative problem-solving in lesson design.

13:00 – 15:00 – Advanced On-Site Capture (Part 1)

After lunch, fieldwork resumed with depth mapping and close-up detail shoots. Trainers demonstrated techniques for capturing fine structural elements and managing challenging lighting. Participants practiced these methods, taking turns to set up shots, observe immediate results, and ask clarifying questions about equipment settings or framing adjustments that ensure later editing goes smoothly.

15:00 – 17:00 – Advanced On-Site Capture (Part 2)

Continuing field experiments, groups tested stereo imaging approaches and aerial rig setups. After each capture exercise, a group critique session allowed participants to discuss consistency across shots, exposure balance, and how these captures will feed into Study360’s interactive lessons. Trainers highlighted how advanced capture quality directly impacts the immersive experience for learners, reinforcing attention to detail in the field.
