09:00 – 11:00 – Uploading & Stitching 360° Footage
The morning session focused on the upload pipeline in Study360. Through a live platform tutorial and group Q&A, participants followed each step: selecting files, configuring automatic stitching parameters, and applying manual tweaks for seam correction. When errors or warnings appeared, the group discussed strategies together, pooling observations about capture settings that led to smoother stitches. By actively troubleshooting in small breakout clusters, attendees learned to optimize capture-to-upload workflows.
11:00 – 13:00 – Photogrammetry Basics
Next, trainers introduced the essentials of generating 3D meshes from image sets. In an interactive demonstration, they showed mesh cleanup, texture baking, and export formats using open-source tools. Participants watched closely as trainers explained why certain capture overlaps matter for mesh accuracy. Peers paired up to review sample outputs, discussing how slight adjustments in capture technique could improve mesh resolution. The session’s peer coaching element helped cement the core steps of a reliable photogrammetry workflow.
13:00 – 15:00 – Personal Coaching Labs (Part 1)
After lunch, one-on-one coaching began. Participants selected their own captured scenes—whether architectural interiors or outdoor environments—and worked through stitching errors or mesh artifacts with a trainer. This targeted support addressed individual challenges: for example, adjusting lighting correction parameters or resizing files for better performance in Study360. The focused format gave each person a chance to deepen understanding of their own material, with trainers guiding them to refine settings for optimal results.
15:00 – 17:00 – Personal Coaching Labs (Part 2)
In continuation, participants swapped their work with a peer for fresh eyes on mesh resolution and lighting correction. Through peer coaching, they offered each other feedback on export settings or suggested alternative capture strategies for future shoots. The day concluded with a show-and-tell: each person highlighted one best-practice tip discovered during coaching labs, reinforcing collective takeaways about stitching quality, mesh building, and efficient file optimization.
