09:00 – 11:00 – Introduction & Comparative Overview
In the opening session, participants gathered for a lecture combined with group discussion and Q&A, exploring side by side the previous iEdu360 platform and the new Study360. Trainers guided everyone through the interface changes and workflow adjustments: as they listened, attendees actively shared their prior experiences, asked clarifying questions, and sketched quick notes on whiteboards or virtual boards to capture key points of difference in navigation, course-building steps, and learner-tracking features. The Q&A segments were lively, with peers building on each other’s observations, helping cement a shared understanding of why the transition matters and setting expectations for the hands-on work ahead.
11:00 – 13:00 – New Platform Walkthrough
Immediately after, the group moved into a live platform demo combined with peer learning. Everyone logged into Study360 and followed a guided tour: trainers demonstrated core features such as adding multimedia, embedding external resources, and examining basic analytics dashboards. As participants experimented in real time—creating a simple lesson outline under trainer prompts—they paused to compare notes with neighbors, exchanged tips when something clicked, and asked follow-up questions that deepened collective insight into the platform’s structure. This session built confidence: by the end, most had a draft outline and a clearer mental model of Study360’s workflow.
13:00 – 15:00 – Afternoon On-Site Intro (Part 1)
After lunch, the focus shifted outdoors (or to a suitable indoor area) for an on-site 360° capture introduction. Trainers demonstrated equipment setup—cameras on tripods and 360° rigs—while emphasizing safety and best practices. Through an outdoor/indoor demonstration plus real-time Q&A, participants observed framing techniques and lighting considerations in varied conditions. They took notes on how to position gear for stable captures and listened attentively as trainers explained why certain angles work better for immersive experiences.
15:00 – 17:00 – Afternoon On-Site Intro (Part 2)
Next, small groups engaged in hands-on practice. Each group rotated roles—setting up the camera rig, choosing compositions, triggering capture—and then immediately reviewed results. Group feedback sessions followed: peers pointed out framing strengths and offered suggestions on stitching angles or exposure adjustments. Trainers circulated, giving targeted pointers when a group encountered a technical snag. By day’s end, participants had not only tried basic panoramas and depth shots but also begun forming habits of collaborative troubleshooting and reflective practice that will underpin the rest of the mobility.
