Constanța, Romania — National Military Museum Our partnership gathered in Constanța for the fourth Transnational Project Meeting (TPM4) of S.P.Q.R – Schools and People of Europe , an Erasmus+ cooperation that brings Ancient Rome to life for today’s classrooms.
