Introduction

Building on the collaborative energy of Day 1, Day 2 focused on hands-on labs, student pitches, real-time feedback collection, and planning next steps for sustaining AI-driven entrepreneurship education across partner schools .


Morning Recap & Icebreaker

At 10:00, the session began with a recap of Day 1 highlights and an interactive icebreaker to energize participants. Organizers reiterated the importance of ethical AI practices and practical integration into entrepreneurship learning—a thread woven throughout the forum .


Hands-On Lab Sessions

Participants rotated through several labs led by project trainers and external experts:

  • AI-Enhanced Market Research: Demonstrations of AI tools for gathering and analyzing market data, equipping educators with ready-to-use lesson ideas.

  • Building Simple ML Models: Step-by-step guidance on creating lightweight predictive models for student ventures, fostering confidence in applying AI techniques.

  • Ethical AI in Practice: Scenario-based discussions on data privacy, transparency, and fairness in school projects.Active engagement ensured that educators left with concrete plans and students gained hands-on experience .


Student Pitch Presentations

Midday featured student teams pitching entrepreneurial ideas refined with AI insights. A panel of industry professionals and educators provided structured feedback on feasibility, scalability, and ethical considerations. This session highlighted how AI can inform and strengthen business proposals at the school level .


Feedback Collection & Reflection

To capture participant perspectives:

  • Questionnaire: All attendees completed a Google Forms survey on session usefulness, organization, and suggestions for future events.

  • Live Feedback Wall: In real time, participants posted sticky notes on thematic boards (“What worked well?”, “Areas to improve?”, “Ideas for further collaboration”). Organizers summarized insights live, demonstrating transparency and responsiveness .These mechanisms ensured comprehensive feedback to refine the AI toolkit, training modules, and future forum formats.


Closing Remarks & Roadmap

In closing, organizers:

  • Highlighted achievements: successful pilot demonstrations, cross-border exchanges, and actionable feedback.

  • Outlined next steps: integrating feedback into the AI Resource Center, scheduling follow-up webinars and transnational meetings, and maintaining an online community for ongoing support.

  • Emphasized sustaining the network: encouraging participants to continue collaboration, share results in their schools, and expand the project’s reach across Europe .


Outcomes & Future Directions


Day 2 reinforced the forum’s objectives by:

  1. Deepening Practical Skills: Through labs and pitches, participants gained hands-on experience applying AI to entrepreneurial tasks.

  2. Gathering Rich Feedback: Real-time and survey-based feedback will directly inform revisions to materials and future events.

  3. Fostering Sustainable Networks: Clear plans for ongoing collaboration and resource sharing emerged, supporting long-term impact.

  4. Emphasizing Ethics & Inclusivity: Continual focus on responsible AI ensures student projects align with best practices.


Participants departed with a clear roadmap: implement AI-driven entrepreneurship activities in their classrooms, leverage the AI toolkit refined with forum feedback, and engage in the sustained community for mutual support and innovation.
